Yes! In addition to custom designs, we offer a selection of ready-to-wear pieces available for purchase. These are crafted with the same attention to detail as our bespoke designs.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing times vary. Ready-to-wear pieces typically ship within 3-5** business days**, while custom orders can take 6-12 weeks depending on complexity. You will receive an estimated delivery timeframe when placing your order.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied upon arrival.

Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays or lost packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly. However, we are happy to assist in resolving the matter where possible.

Can I make changes after my order is placed?
Due to the nature of custom work, changes may not be possible once production begins. Please review all details carefully before confirming your order.

What if my custom garment doesn’t fit perfectly?

Can I cancel a custom order?
No, once a custom order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Please inspect your item upon arrival. If there is a defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
